At Mortenson Dental Partners, our culture is driven by teams who genuinely support and care for each other as family. To keep the culture alive and thriving, we hold events such as our annual Summit, which celebrates our accomplishments from the past year, revitalizes our teams and showcases our passion and spirit for what we do. Our team members also utilize an internal social media board called the SmileSpot to recognize each other's accomplishments. At the regional level, each practice fosters its own unique identity and culture as it engages with the local community through various events and activities — all while being a part of a larger team.
