When you join Mortenson Dental Partners, you are automatically enrolled in our employee stock ownership plan the first of the month after 60 days of being hired. An employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is a tax-qualified retirement plan that invests primarily in the employer’s stock. Mortenson Dental Partners makes all of the contributions to help team members prepare for retirement at no cost to them.

Employee Assistance Program

Through our partner, Magellan, team members have access to programs that offer all types of counseling, coaching, work-life services, identity theft resolution and legal services. All counseling services are available to team members as well as their families and it’s 100% confidential.


All team members are eligible for the 401(k) alongside the ESOP. This will include full-time, part-time and temporary team members.
